The Convenient Portable Hot Water Heater
We all love to get a hot shower in before we get ready for work, or even after work, but sometimes there are some things that make that impossible. If you have a large family and they all get up at the same time to take that shower in the morning, or at night, then you may end up with the lukewarm water that let’s face it, is nothing to get excited about. This is a great time to have the convenient portable hot water heater. You may not have realized that there were portable units like this but rejoice in the knowledge and awareness that there absolutely is!
Some of these units come with a long hose and shower head attachment so you can simply bring it into your bathroom and set it up in your shower (the shower head, not the unit that stays on the floor outside the shower!). The water in this unit is often heated on demand and plugs into any water outlet. You can get connectors to hook it up to your bathroom faucet where in goes cold water out goes hot water (temperature is adjustable on the unit). You will have the last laugh this day as you pull out your salvation from the cold shower mornings!
Another great use for this unit is camping trips. Your outdoors, its cold, and you want a hot shower, but there are no showers let along warm water near by. You simply use a power converter for your car (some units may have a cigarette light adapter with the power converter built into the unit) and you’re ready to convert cold water into hot. Some units may have an optional tank you can use to tap the cold water you find in the lake or other area around you. If there is a spicket near by you can simply tap into it and create an on the go shower that will really bring the modern shower to your trip!
I’m sure you can think of many great uses for this modern marvel. These units are not all that expensive and last a very long time if you take care of them. Be sure and do your homework on its use and make sure the water you put into it is clean. Ocean water may corrode the unit because of the salt content so be careful to check on this before hand. The unit stores away in your garage or closet. Different ones come in different sizes and some come with a tank you can preload with water. If you got the truck this may be the best option for camping trips in the middle of the woods! Who says you have to give up all of your modern conveniences?
